Refund policy

At Elure Jewelry, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. As a result, we only accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the product you received is damaged or defective.

  • If you have received the wrong product.

In both cases, customers are required to provide detailed photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product to initiate the return process. 

Important: Any damages or wrong product received must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contactus@elurejewelry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect product

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if you notice any damage, defect, or that you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct item after receiving confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contactus@elurejewelry.com.
